30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the unworn item(s) with all warranty papers in their original condition and with all original packaging within 30 days for a refund. Shipping and handling is not subject to refund. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.

Due to the changing nature of our inventory, we can not accept exchanges. If you have an item that you wish to return for another item, simply return the item to our warehouse for a refund and then visit our website to purchase the new item that you want. Please note that it takes 10-14 days from receipt of your return to process your refund.

STORE POLICY

Due to high rate of inventory turnover and changes to the product lines of various manufacturers, we will be constantly updating the store to offer the most recent and best products available. As a consequence of staying current we will not be responsible for any errors or omissions due to data entry breakdowns. We will try to reconcile to your satisfaction if such problems occur.


WARRANTY

Warranties against defects in materials and/or workmanship are established and honored by each manufacturer. Typical warrantee on frames is for one year from the date of original purchase. Inquire by e-mail about specific manufacturer's policies, we will be glad to share information.


RETURNS

Obtain RMA #

You must Contact Us to request an RMA # and return instructions. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA #.

Crediting Your Returns

zbestglasses will credit your account less 15% restocking fee once the product(s) are received. Although we have customer service, please allow 10-14 days for credit to be given. Every credit card has different posting cycles; please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Returning A Gift

If you are returning a gift, we can either issue the refund on the credit card that was originally used less 15% restocking fee or we can issue store credit for the amount of the purchase less 15% restocking fee. Simply specify how you want to handle your gift return on your invoice and we will take care of the rest.
